The main song itself was completed and pre-mixed during the Summer of 2014 and then stored in the current idea folder. Then in late January and February 2015 was worked on more then mixed down to master. At the time when I was playing and working the song I thought it sounded like an Edgar Froese style piece. I moved on from it then because I always want to aim for something my own when planning a series of recordings. I know now why there was a special wait time for this track. Following the death of Edgar Froese in January 2015 I felt it proper to revisit the song and make it my contribution to the ongoing contributions and appreciation of him and his art. We are the sum of our influences after all.
